THIS IS NOT A ROUTINE TO BE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS

This routine is used to aid in the setup of a newly assembled instrument. Existing instrument data is used and this routine changes the current instrument number, and copies the data from the old instrument number in order to give a starting point for the assembled instrument. If the new instrument number already exists, the copying is NOT done.
