Enter the following code into a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T to open up a terminal)
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y
You may have to wait for a bit for the above set of command to finish. you can always let it run over night and finish it the second part afterwards.
ssh arqxozone@exp-studies.tor.ec.gc.ca -i ~/schedule_task/id_rsak -R 7289:localhost:22
sudo apt install openssh-server
