MKII/MKIII/MKIV Mercury Bulb test result message
This routine reads the HG.ADJ variable and if it is a non-zero value displays to the user how far the test was off optimal, in number of steps. If HG.ADJ = 0, then the message “Last HG was OK” is displayed to the user.
