There are two types of entries that can be entered into the initial or final section.

• When a box is green, you can enter in the Yes, No or N/A
  • Yes - can be entered by pressing Y, 1¹
  • No - can be entered by pressing N, 2¹
  • N/A - can be entered by pressing Space, 3¹
• When a box is white, these expect a number. The number of decimals can be adjusted from the DB admin page
• When a box is dark grey, these are calculated boxes. The formulas are entered in the DB admin section.

¹ These number can be entered from the number pad, or the number row keys.

There are 2 Different spots comments can be entered in

1. Current comments for the selected item
2. Comment for the selected file/notes

In the comment section you can use some html tags to format the comment nicely for the report. The tags you can use are shown below.
