==== Balanced Measurement Schedule ====

This is an automated schedule that manually schedules daily diagnostics routines then calls the EU routine to  automatically insert SL and HG measurements as needed, four UV measurements; prioritize DS during the remaining time available within the hour and also takes ZS measurements periodically and when the DS measurements are too dim.

This schedule was specifically written to optimize a good compliment of measurements from the instrument.
