===== MKII/MKIII/MKIV Dispersion Test Routine =====

This routine sets up a default DSP or custom DSP scan. A custom scan can specify what range of slits to use, the set of frequencies (3 to 9) and associated neutral density and lamp source. This copy of DSP will do the chosen lamp and then will do the internal HG and then will continue schedule. The DSP data, will reside in the DSP-### directory.
