For shipping and receiving for the Canadian Brewer Spectrophotometer Network, we utilize the help of the shipping department at Downview.

===== Shipping =====
Most if not all shipping can be handle by the shipping department at downview. They can be contacted via Warehouse.Services@ec.gc.ca for any questions. To ship something, they will require a shipping memo that can be created with the Brewer Parts software.
To create a shipping memo head into the shipment tab of the software.

  - Press <key>+</key> to create a new line item
  - Enter in the description for the shipment
  - Pick the date for the shipping memo (Typically it is today's date)
  - Pick the person creating the shipping memo
  - Pick the person authorizing the shipment
  - Pick the admin contact
  - Pick the financial code the shipment should use
  - Pick if there is any special instructions like who to email for the tracking information
  - Pick the consignee (Who is it shipping to?)
  - Enter the number of packages/pieces
  - Enter in the description of the shipment
  - Enter the weight of the shipment (in kg)
  - Enter any additional instruction, ie Hold for pick up
  - Enter in a date if delivery date is required
  - Enter in tracking information (Put a space if no tracking information is available yet)
  - Press the <key>√</key> to save
  - Press preview/export to create a pdf
